Meredith Canada did her undergraduate work at the University of Texas in Austin and later received her law degree from the University of Houston Law School. She currently works as Chief Counsel for the Drilling Division at Cameron International Corporation, an equipment and services company serving the global oil and gas industry, headquartered in Houston. When not hard at work, she enjoys marathon running, cooking, traveling, and spending time with great friends and family. Meredith also serves on the board of directors for COMPASS, a non-profit organization located in Houston, that assists the disadvantaged and unemployed in gaining direction and control over their lives through employment or other appropriate means.
